Membership Questions
How does the membership card work?
Signature Members receive a Gold Physical Metal Membership Card along with a digital version compatible with Apple & Google Wallet.
Essential Members receive a Digital Silver Membership Card, also compatible with Apple & Google Wallet, but without a physical version.
Your membership number is your unique discount code when checking out with Timoy B Photography or partner businesses, with benefits applied according to your tier. The last 4 digits of your membership number serve as your referral code, which Signature Members can share to earn referral credits.
Both the physical and digital cards function the same for access and discounts. The Gold Physical Metal Card for Signature is identical to the digital card in use but also serves as a luxury status symbol.
How will members receive their membership card?
Be sure to hit "Claim Your Membership Card" below after joining.
Signature Members will receive their Gold Physical Metal Membership Card either hand-delivered (for local clients) or shipped securely depending on location.
All members — Signature and Essential — will also receive their Digital Membership Card via text or email, ready to be added to Apple or Google Wallet.
Digital cards are delivered together with any digital perks and assets that come with your membership, ensuring you have instant access to your benefits while your physical card is on its way.
What’s the difference between Signature and Essential?
Signature is the full VIP experience: complimentary sessions, unlimited mobile galleries, expedited editing, partner perks, exclusive content events, and 25% off all bookings + luxury beauty & wellness partners.
Essential provides the core perks: year-round discounts, complimentary mobile galleries, and member-only convenience — a streamlined way to save while still enjoying the Timoy B experience.
How does the one-tier upgrade work?
Twice per membership year, you can upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or Tier 2 to Tier 3 for lifestyle & studio sessions. Just mention it when booking!
Can I use the $100 Add-On Credit however I want?
Yes! You can split it across sessions or use it all at once for add-ons like extra edits, prints, expedited editing, or extended shoot time.
Can I refer multiple people?
Absolutely! You’ll earn $75 in credit per signature referral, up to 10 signature referrals per year (max $750 in credits).
Credits apply only when referring new Signature Members. Referrals of Essential Members do not qualify for credits.
What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. The new session must be within 30 days of the original date.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Membership perks are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred or shared. However, as a member, you can add another person to your session by selecting the appropriate add-on at the current rates. If someone else wants to take advantage of the membership benefits, you can refer them, and you’ll receive a $75 credit for each friend who joins!
What are my payment options?
Signature Members can join monthly, quarterly, or annually (with up to 3 months free on annual plans).
Essential Members can join monthly or annually (with up to 1 month free on annual plans).

Timoy B Photography Signature Membership – Policy & Procedures
1. Membership Terms & Renewal
- Membership is valid based on the term selected: monthly, quarterly, or annually (Signature) / monthly or annually (Essential).
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Renewal pricing will be based on current rates at the time of renewal.
2. Booking & Sessions
- All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the Timoy B Photography booking system and are subject to availability.
- Members are encouraged to book early to secure preferred dates.
- Rescheduling: Members may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original appointment. Sessions not rebooked within this window require a new booking fee.
3. Complimentary & Discounted Services
Complimentary 1-Hour Session (Signature Only)
- Signature Members receive one complimentary 1-hour session per membership year (outdoor or studio).
- Complimentary annual perks begin:
- Immediately for annual memberships
- After 6 months of successful payments for monthly memberships
- After 2 quarters of successful payments for quarterly memberships
- Add-ons are available at current pricing.
Discounted Sessions
- Signature: 25% off all lifestyle, studio, and graduation packages.
- Essential: 10% off all lifestyle, studio, and graduation packages.
- Discounts do not apply to events, branding, commercial projects, or special promotions unless otherwise stated.
Complimentary One-Tier Upgrade (Signature Only)
- Two complimentary one-tier upgrades per membership year.
- Applies to lifestyle & studio sessions only.
- Must be requested at booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
Exclusive Content Day (Signature Only)
- Members-only event once per year.
- Dates announced in advance; RSVP required.
- Complimentary with no reschedules if missed.
Annual Add-On Credit (Signature Only)
- $100 credit toward any available add-ons.
- Can be used all at once or split across multiple sessions.
- Non-transferable and does not roll over.
Complimentary Mobile Galleries
- Signature: Unlimited
- Essential: 4 per membership year
4. VIP Booking & Expedited Editing
- Signature Members receive first-priority scheduling with no blackout dates.
- Both membership tiers include complimentary expedited editing (1–3 day turnaround).
5. Referral Program (Signature Only)
- Signature Members earn a $75 credit for each new Signature Member referred.
- Credits may be applied toward future sessions or add-ons.
- Maximum of 10 referral credits per membership year (up to $750 total value).
- Referrals of Essential Members do not qualify for credits.
- Unused referral credits do not roll over.
6. Membership Conduct & Termination
To protect the integrity of the membership program, Timoy B Photography reserves the right to terminate a membership in cases of:
- Misuse of membership perks
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows
Efforts will always be made to resolve concerns directly with the member first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the membership may be terminated without refund.
7. Agreement
By purchasing a Timoy B Photography Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, in addition to the standard policies and procedures.
